These Terms of Service govern your access to and use of TryBit's website, mobile applications, and related services.

Use of Service

You may use TryBit only in compliance with these terms and applicable laws. You must not misuse the service, interfere with normal operations, attempt unauthorized access, or use the service to create unlawful, infringing, or abusive content.

Accounts

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for activity that occurs under your account. You must provide accurate information and keep your account details up to date.

Content and Uploads

You retain ownership of the content you upload. By submitting selfies, garment images, and other content to TryBit, you grant us a limited, non-exclusive license to host, process, reproduce, and display that content solely as needed to operate and improve the service.

You represent that you have the rights needed to upload the content you submit and that your content does not violate any law or the rights of others.

Subscriptions and Billing

Certain features may require a paid subscription. Subscription purchases made through Apple are billed by Apple using the payment method linked to your Apple ID and renew automatically unless canceled before renewal in your Apple account settings.

We may change pricing, packaging, or available features from time to time. Changes apply prospectively and do not alter charges already made.

Intellectual Property

TryBit branding, software, and related materials are protected by intellectual property laws and may not be copied or redistributed without permission.

Termination

We may suspend or terminate access to TryBit if you violate these terms, create risk for the service or other users, or if we are required to do so by law. You may stop using the service at any time and may request account deletion through the app.

Disclaimer and Liability

The service is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. To the maximum extent permitted by law, TryBit is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages.

Changes to These Terms

We may update these terms from time to time. If we make material changes, we may update the effective date above and provide additional notice when appropriate. Your continued use of TryBit after changes take effect means you accept the updated terms.
