This Privacy Policy explains how TryBit collects, uses, and protects information when you use our website, mobile application, and related services.
Information We Collect
We collect information you provide directly, including your account details, support requests, and any content you upload such as selfies, garment images, and other images used to generate virtual try-ons.
We may also collect technical information needed to operate the service, such as device identifiers, app version, crash information, subscription status, and usage events that help us maintain performance, security, and reliability.
Face Data
TryBit collects user-submitted selfies that may include face data, such as the visible face, facial position, facial features, hair, and related visual information present in the photo. TryBit does not use face data to identify users, authenticate users, or create a face recognition database.
We use this face data only to validate that a submitted selfie is suitable for virtual try-on, create and display a personal try-on model, generate virtual outfit previews, provide style inspiration, and improve the reliability and safety of those app features.
Face data may be processed by service providers that help us operate the app, including cloud storage, image processing, and AI generation providers such as fal.ai and OpenRouter. These providers process face data on our behalf to provide TryBit features and are not permitted by us to use it for advertising, tracking, or independent face recognition. Face data is stored in TryBit's cloud storage and associated with the user's account.
We retain uploaded selfies, generated personal models, and generated try-on results for as long as needed to provide the app features or until the user deletes them or deletes their account, subject to limited backup, security, legal, and operational retention periods.
How We Use Information
We use information to create and deliver try-on results, personalize your in-app experience, sync your account, process subscriptions and purchase restores, maintain security, prevent abuse, and improve product quality.
Service Providers and Sharing
We do not sell your personal information. We share information only as needed with service providers that help us operate TryBit, such as authentication, cloud infrastructure, image processing, analytics, subscription management, and customer support providers.
When you use AI-powered features, TryBit may send your selfies, garment images, generated personal model images, selected try-on inputs, and related prompts to third-party AI providers including fal.ai and OpenRouter. These providers process the data to validate images, clean garment backgrounds, create personal try-on models, generate virtual outfit previews, and produce style inspiration. TryBit asks for your permission in the app before sending this data to third-party AI providers. We require service providers that process personal data for TryBit to protect it with the same or equal level of protection described in this policy.
We may also disclose information when required by law, to enforce our terms, to protect users and the service, or in connection with a merger, acquisition, or other business transfer.
Data Retention
We retain information for as long as necessary to provide the service, comply with legal obligations, resolve disputes, and enforce our agreements. Uploaded content and generated results may remain associated with your account until you delete them or delete your account, subject to backup and operational retention periods.
Account, Purchases, and Deletion
You can access and manage certain account information inside the app. You can also request account deletion through the app, which removes your account data, including associated personas, closet items, and try-on history, subject to limited retention required for legal, security, or operational reasons.
Children's Privacy
TryBit is not intended for children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13.
International Transfers and Security
Your information may be processed in countries other than your own. We use reasonable administrative, technical, and organizational safeguards designed to protect personal information, but no system can be guaranteed completely secure.
